Day ride to Mount Rainier

After a week of rain the sun came out on Saturday. Time get out and enjoy the sunshine taking to two wheels on one of the many Biker Back Roads near our home. Left Kent went out through Enumclaw, Wilkeson to the Carbon River Entrance of the Mount Rainier National Park all together about 98 miles round trip. The road is closed .5 miles east of the entrance due to major flood damage to the road November 2006.

Memorial Day Ride

Sunday of Memorial Day weekend my wife and I took a short loop trip on the Biker Back Roads. Started our trip out in Kent, traveled through Issaquah, Fall City with stop at Snoqualmie Falls and back home. The weather forecast was not the best and had a few sprinkles on us on our journey. Now back at home time to change the oil on my Wife’s bike.

Mother's Day

Time to take a gift over to mom for today is her day, Mother's Day.

New Bikes First Ride

Both my wife and I have new bikes, mine is a Honda Shadow Areo and hers is a Honda Shadow Spirit.  This photo is from our first 100+ mile ride around the area.  This location is highway 410 outside of Enumclaw WA.
